Itinerary
- Arrive at the departure station at Protea Hotel Durbanville.
- Please arrive 30 minutes before your pre-arranged departure time.
- Check In ONLINE at least 15 minutes before your departure time.
- 10 minutes before your departure you will be guided to the boarding point by one of the Durbanville Wine Safari Team.
- AND AWAY YOU GO!
- Our tour guide will inform you and your group when you have arrived at your pre-selected destination.
Useful Information
- Parking: Parking is available at Protea Hotel Durbanville.
- Exclusions: All wine tastings, food and activities at the wine estates are excluded from the Durbanville Wine Safari group Experience fee, and will be required to be settled with the wine estates directly, unless an all-inclusive package has been arranged with Durbanville Wine Safari.
- 3rd Party Bookings: Some wine estates require booking for tastings and certain experiences, please ensure this is done directly with the respective wine estate. Please visit our FAQ’s for more information.
- Wine Purchases/Storage: All wine purchased while on visiting the wine estates may be handed over to our tour guides, and will be safely marked and stowed until you have finished your journey and would like to collect when disembarking at the station at the end of your journey with us.
- Own Food/Drinks: Please note that no food and/or drinks are allowed on board our Safari Vehicles.

Bookings are required at least 7 days prior to the departure date.
- Only available to ages 18 years and older
- Optional: Optional: An alternative departure point can be negotiated. Restricted to one collection and drop-off location. An extra fee will be calculated upon enquiry.
- The experience is pre-arranged by the Durbanville Wine Safari based on the bookings available and your selected experiences.
- Durbanville Wine Safari reserves the right to make adjustments to pricing and products due to changing market conditions and circumstances out of our control.
