Meerendal Wine Estate is a family-owned vineyard situated in the Western Cape of South Africa, only 20 minutes from Cape Town. Established in 1702, Meerendal’s wine heritage started in 1714 when sixty thousand vines were planted. More than three hundred years later, we continue this proud history, with over one hundred and fifty thousand vines on the estate.
